Intuitic Inc. uses service providers to deliver, maintain, protect, and improve Studyo, Insights, Studyo Go, and our company operations. The tables below describe how we use these services and the information they process. The information involved depends on the product, feature, and service used.
Optional services connected by a school or user are listed separately, as is a former analytics service that still retains historical data.

Optional Services Connected by Schools or Users
Schools and users may choose to connect the services below. These are school- or user-selected services, rather than service providers engaged by Intuitic to operate Studyo. Information is exchanged only for the connected functionality, according to the permissions granted. Availability and information exchanged vary by product and integration. The school’s arrangements and the connected service’s privacy policy also apply.
Sign-in
Google, Microsoft, Apple, ClassLink, Clever can provide sign-in. Depending on the provider and permissions, Studyo receives an account identifier, name, email address, and authentication information. The provider receives the sign-in request and related technical information.
School systems
Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Canvas, Schoology, Moodle, Blackbaud, Veracross, ManageBac, COBA, PowerSchool can connect school information with Studyo. Depending on the integration and the school’s authorization, this may include user and school identifiers, names, email addresses, rosters, courses, schedules, assignments, due dates, and associated learning content. Only the data supported by the configured integration is exchanged.
Calendars and cloud files
Connected calendars, including Google Calendar, may exchange event titles, descriptions, dates, times, and related calendar information. When a school or user subscribes to a calendar feed, the selected calendar service receives the published event information.
Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox allow users to select files to attach. Authorized access is used to retrieve selected files and their metadata. In Studyo Go, Transloadit handles these cloud-file imports as described above.
Historical Data Retained by a Former Analytics Service
Microsoft Azure Application Insights is no longer used to collect new analytics data. Historical user event data remains stored there, including identifiers, names, email addresses, location information, and activity data previously collected for diagnostics and Studyo Insights statistics.
Geographical Location of Data
This section covers Studyo, Insights, Studyo Go, Mentor features, our website, and our company operations. Storage and processing locations vary by service; product-specific details are identified below.
- Google Cloud: The Google Cloud infrastructure hosting our applications is configured in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Studyo Go file storage is also configured in this region.
- MongoDB Atlas: Our production MongoDB Atlas database cluster is configured on Google Cloud in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
- Amazon Web Services: AWS hosts Studyo files in two regions: private files in Canada (Central), and public files in US East (Northern Virginia), United States.
- Google Vertex AI — Mentor: Google Vertex AI processes requests from Mentor AI features through a global endpoint. Processing may occur outside Canada and is not restricted to a particular country or region. See Google’s data residency documentation.
These hosting locations do not mean that all related data processing, technical logs, backups, support access, or delivery take place in the same location. Depending on the service, personal information may be stored or processed outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States and other countries.
For other services listed on this page, including our business tools and website providers, locations depend on the provider, the service, and the applicable configuration and terms. We have not confirmed a specific hosting location or a contractual data residency commitment for each of these services. The provider privacy links above describe their practices. Locations for optional school- or user-connected services also depend on the school’s or user’s arrangements with the provider.
