Third-Party Service Providers
To receive support with the delivery, maintenance, protection, and improvement of our services, Intuitic shares information with a small group of partners, suppliers, and trusted organizations so that they can process it on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, privacy policies, and any privacy, security, or other requirements. These companies only have access to the information required to provide the intended services to Intuitic.
The first table below presents the third-party service providers that Intuitic uses for its products, how Intuitic uses their applications, and the information that is shared with or collected by these providers.
The second table contains the same information, but for the providers used for our operational activities.

Third-Party Service Providers for Studyo, Insights, and Today Products
|Amazon Web Services||AWS provides document hosting services to Intuitic.||All user-uploaded content (files, images) is hosted by AWS.|
|Microsoft Azure||Microsoft Azure Application Insights helps manage and monitor user interactions.||Intuitic records user event data in Microsoft Application Insights to better understand their behavior and diagnose issues in our application. This data is also used to display various statistics in the Studyo Insights application. User's name, location, email address, and activity are stored in Microsoft Application Insights.|
|Google Analytics||Google Analytics helps manage and monitor user interactions.||Intuitic records user event data in Google Analytics to better understand their behavior and diagnose issues in our application. User's name, location, email address, and activity are stored in Google Analytics.|
|Google Firebase||Google Firebase provides user authentication service for Intuitic.||User's identifier and email address.|
|Google Cloud Platform||Google Cloud provides application and data hosting services.||User authentication-related data. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.|
|Intercom||Intercom offers a conversational platform for Intuitic users requiring technical support.||User's email address, identifier, first name/last name, and content of support-related conversations.|

Third-Party Service Providers for Our Operations
|GSuiteforWork||The application is used by Intuitic for internal use such as emails, documents, slides, spreadsheets, etc.||Intuitic uses Google services to store its own emails and files. As part of using these services, Intuitic may share personal information with Google, for example, if a user emails an employee for support.|
|HubSpot||HubSpot is used to manage and track conversations with potential and existing customers.||Intuitic keeps copies of email exchanges and customer information, including name, email address, physical/mailing address, and organization name. Intuitic also keeps copies of customer activity on publicly-facing platforms (such as our website), but not in our products or applications. Student, parent, and user information is not stored on HubSpot or transferred through this platform.|
|Slack||Slack is an internal messaging platform for communications and notifications within Intuitic.||As part of investigating bug reports or other support requests and resolving the bugs as necessary, Intuitic team members collaborate using Slack messaging and may share email addresses of request submitters and the content of their requests (e.g., bug reports, other support center requests, and data extraction requests by teachers and schools).|
