Each badge represents a feature or skill within the app — like planning, tracking, or goal setting. Students earn a badge when they discover a feature, and level it up by using it effectively and consistently.
Intelligent Notifications
Mentor sends notifications only when they matter — like schedule changes, planning suggestions or skill-building opportunities. Notifications are always designed to build responsibility, not replace it
SMART Goals
Mentor helps students group related tasks into larger projects, or convert them into SMART goals — making work feel more meaningful and manageable. SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) templates provide structure, while Mentor ensures the goals stay connected to everyday planning.

Mentor identifies tasks that seem complex or vague and suggests different ways to break them down. Students are encouraged to structure tasks in a way that fits their work style — learning what effective breakdowns look like along the way.
